In this episode, host Jeanne Benedict shows how to throw a snazzy, upscale Monte Carlo party. There will be decorations with casino flair, which include giant homemade dice and a blinking casino style sign. Mylar balloons that mimic playing cards and balloons will provide the sparkle for the "casino" area. Guests will be encouraged to come in formal and semi-formal attire, and the food spread will also be a dressed-up affair with exotic dishes.
